1969 - Brian Jones announced his departure from The Rolling Stones, because he โno longer saw โeye to eyeโ with the rest of the bandโ. In contrast another story says Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts visited Brian Jones at his home in Cotchford Farm to discuss his future in the group. The Stones later issued a press statement saying that Brian was leaving The Rolling Stones. Less than a month later, he is found dead at his home.
