Wickety Wak called a copyright issue on this video and had it pulled down, even though I had not claimed any ownership or other rights; instead I wanted to have it available for teaching and posterity as allowed by copyright. It is their loss, I will not even acknowledge my ownership of this record in my collection any longer.
